About the site

Institutes are important partner of the nutrition movement in Bangladesh. The roles of NGOs can best benefit the implementation of the national plan on nutrition when they are better coordinated, known and leveraged through government and other organizations’ programs. In order to achieve this objective, IPHN (Institute of Public Health & Nutrition) maintains this site for NGOs to upload their information about the programs on nutrition that they are involved and more details about the projects they are implementing.

One can search information by programs, by NGO and also by districts. The reporting option allows to use multiple filters to cater specific information needs of different organization and individuals. This site can also be helpful for researchers and media.

While IPHN maintains this site, the respective NGOs have the responsibility to update their data. Any registered NGO or International NGO can request to IPHN for getting registered to obtain user ID and password for updating their data. Specific page about an NGO can also be used as an organization introduction for that specific NGO.
